What this org was told, newest first: every alert of the environment (--prod for production's), kept 90 days whether or not a webhook is set. Each one is mailed to the org's admins and the platform's operators, once an hour per monitor, app or quota, and mailed says whether this one was; the webhook below is optional. --limit says how many, 50 unless said, 200 at most.
