The numbers people left when every seat of the fleet was taken: a phone caller the overflow agent answered, or a web visitor who left a number at the widget after POST /v1/tokens answered 503. One line each — when, the agent, the number, the channel, who took it — oldest first, and a more: --after <cursor> line when there is another page. The runtime records them (callback.requested, on the agent's log); dialing back is your app's.
